PAUL J. RUBINO, ESQUIRE

PAUL J. RUBINO, A LIFE LONG RESIDENT OF CHESTER COUNTY, received his undergraduate degree with honors from West Chester University. He graduated from Western New England School of Law in 1977 and entered the practice of law as an associate with the firm of Lamb, Windle and McErlane in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rubino joined the Chester County District Attorney's Office in 1980 as a prosecutor, where he excelled in all facets of litigating criminal cases on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

​Mr. Rubino started his private practice in Paoli, Pennsylvania, with then partner Anthony Sarcione. His areas of concentration include criminal defense, general litigation, business law, real estate law, municipal law, family law, wills, trusts and estate administration, as well as personal injury. He has vigorously defended individuals accused of criminal offenses ranging from minor crimes to DUIs to serious felony offenses, including homicide/death penalty, robbery, assault and drug violations. He also has a broad range of experience in the civil field handling simple to complex matters and transactions involving contracts, family law agreements, business agreements and the like. 

​Mr. Rubino has spent over thirty years counseling and representing individuals and corporations, and litigating matters in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His expertise and professionalism have earned him an outstanding reputation among his clients, his peers and the Courts. Mr. Rubino is active in the Chester County politics and in local government and community organizations.
